The iVAS-SL1280LW LWIR Thermal Camera Module is a high-performance uncooled infrared imaging core designed for demanding thermal imaging applications. Featuring a 1280×1024 resolution VOx infrared detector, 8–14μm spectral response, and ≤30mK NETD high sensitivity, it delivers clear and detailed thermal images even in challenging environments.

With its compact size, low power consumption, and flexible integration options, this thermal imaging module is ideal for OEM system integration, security surveillance, industrial inspection, research applications, and other long-range infrared imaging systems.

The module supports multiple digital interfaces including USB3.0, MIPI, GigE, HDMI, SDI, and CameraLink, allowing easy integration into various embedded platforms and professional thermal imaging systems.
