The iRP(SL)1280LW uncooled vanadium oxide infrared detector delivers high-performance thermal imaging with 1280×1024 resolution, 8–14 μm spectral response, and ≤ 30mk NETD, optimized for low-power, compact integration with optional shutter module support.
