The iVX-50SSWC30-Z432 is a 640×512 InGaAs SWIR camera with TEC cooling for enhanced thermal stability and low noise. Ideal for scientific and industrial applications, it offers high sensitivity from 0.9–1.7 μm, real-time imaging, and compact design for easy integration.
Key Features
The 40-320mm continuous zoom SWIR camera adopts an InGaAs FPA detector with TEC cooling, featuring a resolution of 640×512 and a pixel pitch of 15μm. Its spectral response range covers 0.9μm to 1.7μm. Equipped with deep TEC cooling, it further reduces readout 
noise.
