① Please kindly be informed that we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason 
other than product defects or quality issues. 

② Before placing the order, all customers need to take the responsibility to confirm that 
the selected product is suitable for your needs and meets your intended application, and we are not responsible for any customer’s application. Accordingly please note the following return or exchange requirements will be rejected.
■ Misunderstanding or incorrect product selection
■ Mismatch for intended use
■ Other reasons for personal dissatisfaction

③  We are confident to ensure that all our products could reach 100% qualified in QC 
and QA when they are ready for shipping. But in case any product you receive is damaged, defective or does not match the description provided, you always have the objection period of 3 working days from the receiving date, among when you could submit all your queries or any other comments.
