The iVa25DLW30M-CH4 is a high-performance LWIR thermographic gas detection camera module designed for real-time visualization of hydrocarbon gas leaks. Built with a VOx uncooled IRFPA detector, it provides 640 × 512 resolution imaging in the 7.0–8.5 μm longwave infrared band, where gases such as butane (C₄H₁₀) exhibit strong absorption characteristics. With an ultra-high 25 kHz frame rate, the camera enables rapid detection of dynamic gas plumes and transient leaks. The module supports multi-language operation, IE8+ compatibility, and flexible optics including multiple fixed focal and zoom lens options, allowing reliable deployment across varied industrial inspection scenarios. Its RJ45 interface ensures stable data transmission and easy system integration.
